Last updated: 2026-04-27. This page explains how Cliphorium thinks about data movement through Agent Ops workflows.
Data categories
| Category | Examples | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Account data | Name, email, business name | Setup, support, communication |
| Workflow data | Forms, requests, incidents, tasks | Run configured automations |
| Tool metadata | Approved domains, endpoints, integration names | Scope and route agent work |
| Activity data | Tool calls, timestamps, statuses, decisions | Visibility, troubleshooting, accountability |
Processing model
- Collect only the information needed for the configured service.
- Route workflow data through customer-specific workspace logic.
- Use AI providers or connected tools only when needed for the workflow.
- Keep important actions reviewable where configured.
Retention and deletion
Retention depends on the customer plan, workflow needs, operational support requirements, and legal obligations. Customers can request deletion or export of eligible data by contacting privacy@cliphorium.com.
Future DPA
For larger business customers, Cliphorium may provide a separate Data Processing Addendum as the product matures.
