- Workspace information: websites, approved tools, workflow settings, package selection, and business process details.
- Operational data: monitoring checks, workflow events, incident records, agent activity, decisions, and usage metrics.
- Billing data: payment status and subscription details handled through payment providers when billing is enabled.
How we use information
- To provide Agent Ops audits, monitoring, workflow automation, and support.
- To route workflow events, create drafts, record activity, and operate decision queues.
- To secure, debug, maintain, and improve Cliphorium services.

AI providers and tool providers
Some workflows may use AI model providers or connected services to analyze, summarize, draft, or route operational work. Cliphorium aims to send only the information needed for the configured workflow.
Data retention
Operational logs and workflow history are retained as needed to provide service, troubleshoot issues, maintain records, and meet business or legal obligations. Customers may request deletion or export where technically and legally possible.
Sharing
Cliphorium does not sell customer data. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate hosting, AI processing, payment, email delivery, monitoring, security, or support.

- Request correction or deletion of eligible information.
- Limit the tools and data connected to your workflows.
- Disable or remove workflows during offboarding.
